今日は久しぶりに愛ちゃんと2人だけだったので昨日は風邪で1日寝込んでしまい今日は朝ヨガ出来るかなぁ?と心配だったのですが熱も下がり咳が少し出る程度だったので反対に思い切りヨガをして毒素を出す事に。
